Local-First Charter
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 29, 2026
The Pocket Option 5-Second Alligator Signal Assistant is committed to providing a fully transparent, secure, and privacy-respecting trading utility. This Privacy Policy details our strict client-side data charter.
1. 100% Zero-Backend Architecture
Our extension operates entirely inside your local Chromium browser instance. We maintain no backend servers, host no external databases, and do not utilize any remote APIs. Absolutely zero off-device data transmissions occur.
2. Data Collection Disclosures
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do NOT collect your name, email, physical address, phone number, or device identifiers.
- Financial & Payment Information: We do NOT capture, store, or transmit your credit card details, broker account credentials, transaction receipts, or balances.
- Authentication Information: The extension runs strictly alongside active broker tabs without ever viewing or storing your passwords, session cookies, or login parameters.
- Web & Browsing History: We do NOT collect or monitor your overall web history. The extension only utilizes host permissions strictly confined to active Pocket Option URLs to calculate local price averages.
3. Local Storage Allocation
The extension utilizes the local Chrome storage.local database to save your manual trading configurations (e.g., target stakes and cool-down loss limits) and manual journal outcome logs (Wins, Losses, and Draws). This data is completely private, stored on your hardware, and is never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
4. Developer Certifications
Pursuant to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, we explicitly certify that:
- We do not sell, trade, or transfer user data to third parties.
- We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's narrow single purpose.
- We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
